To enroll in a PADI Underwater Naturalist class, you must be a PADI Open Water or Junior Open Water (or qualifying certification from another organization). This specialty also counts towards your Master Scuba Diver certification.

Through class discussions and on two scuba dives, you will learn:

Visit Aquatic Dreams Scuba Center to enroll in the course and get your PADI Underwater Naturalist book. By reading the manual, youi will be ready to meet with your instructor.
What Scuba Gear Will You Use?
Besides your basic scuba equipment, you will need a slate and pencil to record your observations. Ask you PADI Instructor or staff about additional equipment you may want, such as a dive light to better see into cracks and crevices.
